GLOWRA BEAUTY – TERMS, PRIVACY & REFUND POLICY

                                   1. TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing Glowra Beauty, you agree to the following terms:
Order Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock discrepancies.
Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be 100% accurate.
User Responsibility: Customers must provide valid contact and shipping information. Glowra Beauty is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the user.

                                  2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policy is as follows:
7-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
The Unboxing Requirement: To protect both the consumer and the store, customers must record a continuous unboxing video when opening their package. This video serves as proof for any claims regarding damages, missing items, or incorrect products. Claims without a video may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds for returned items will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Your privacy is a top priority at Glowra Beauty.
Information Collection: We collect only necessary data to fulfill your order, including your name, shipping address, email, and phone number.
Data Usage: Your information is used strictly for order processing, shipping updates, and customer support.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL Encryption) to ensure your data is protected during your browsing and checkout experience.
No Third-Party Selling: Glowra Beauty never sells, rents, or trades your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared with our logistics partners for the sole purpose of delivery.

                              4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Standard Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery: We do not collect any payment at the time of order placement. Payment is collected in full by the courier at the time of delivery.
